01Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PorterHaus website. By accessing the site you agree to these Terms. Engagements for software development or consulting services are governed by a separate written agreement; if there is a conflict, that agreement controls.

02Use of the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to any systems, scrape content at disruptive volume, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.
03Intellectual property
The site and its content — including text, design, graphics, generated media, and code — are owned by PorterHaus or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or create derivative works from site content without our prior written consent, except for brief excerpts with attribution.
Trademarks, product names, and logos of third parties referenced on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
04Client work and case studies
Project descriptions, metrics, and testimonials on the site are illustrative of our work. Details may be simplified or anonymized to protect client confidentiality.
05SMS and text messaging
If you opt in to our SMS program, we may send assistant messages such as scheduled briefings, calendar and task reminders, and replies to messages you send us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and are your responsibility under your agreement with your mobile carrier.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; we will send a single confirmation and then stop. Reply START to resubscribe, or HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes; see our Privacy Policy for details.
Message delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and you should not rely on SMS for time-critical or emergency communications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PorterHaus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
