PorterHaus (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI-native product engineering studio. This policy describes how we handle information collected through our website and when you communicate with us about projects.

02Information we collect
Contact information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company, and the contents of messages you send us when starting a project or requesting information.
Usage information collected automatically when you visit the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and referral source. Where analytics are used, they are configured to minimize personal data collection.
03How we use information
To respond to inquiries, scope and deliver engagements, and maintain our business relationship with you.
To operate, secure, and improve the website, including understanding which content is most useful to visitors.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the contents of client communications or client project materials to train AI models.
04Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site and our business (such as hosting, email, and analytics providers), under agreements that limit their use of it; when required by law; or in connection with a business transfer. We never sell or rent personal information to third parties for marketing.
05SMS and text messaging
We operate an SMS program that delivers assistant messages — such as scheduled briefings, calendar and task reminders, and replies to messages you send us — to mobile numbers that have opted in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile opt-in information, including your phone number and your consent to receive text messages, is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the messaging carriers and platform providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages you requested, and those providers may not use them for any other purpose.

06Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses only the cookies and local storage necessary for it to function and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; the site remains usable with cookies disabled.
07Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — typically the duration of our relationship plus any period required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes — and then delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
